If you want that "Get up & Go" feeling, come and join us for this early morning step class! We'll be working with steps, light weights, exer-balls, and body bars to get that energy vibe to start your day off right!

Combines hip-hop moves, various dance forms, martial arts, pilates and core training to give you a fun work-out that will rev up your metabolism without overtaxing your joints!

Here's a Fun new way to burn off those extra calories and have a great time doing it! Zumba Dance is a little touch of dance mixed in with a complete cardio workout and a dash of flexibility training. Its fun, its easy, and its effective! Give it a try!

Aerobics Class Rates:

$90 per 12-week session for classes that are 3 times per week.

$60 per 12-week session for class that is held 2 times per week.

Drop-in fee is $5 per class.
